(HR Works) is a HR Consulting & Services company formed by a team of seasoned HR Professionals with exposure to multi-industry and across small, medium & large organizations. Formed Recently in 2003 with credentials of each of the Promoters, which make up for the experience of the firm. The Head office is in Pune. HR Works Partners, a provider of fully integrated workplace effectiveness solutions. Our affiliate Company HR Works, is a provider of Call Center training programs.

The company’s client base includes more than 12 businesses nationwide, and a large percentage of MNCs.

VIJAY WAIDANDE Currently, President & CEO, Le Human Resources Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Pune. , is an 18 years industry experienced HR professional. He is approved PI consultant, (Praendex Management, USA). Also lead assessor for Malcolm Bald ridge model of Business Excellence, certified in 2001. He has conducted PI tests for more than 500 people in India. The application is used for new business ventures, key position evaluation, and Personal development strategy. Presently consulting to 8 key players in Engineering, Pharma & paint industries. A merit list holder in MBA entrance test of Pune University in 1984, he specialized in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He then managed HR activities as Group HR Manager for Thermax Group of companies, Pune, for 15 years for Engineering, IT and FMCG products. Since Jan'01 to March'03 handled HR function for Tata Honeywell Ltd, Pune. He manages a HR Consulting firm at Pune, with branch offices at Bangalore and Chennai with a team of 10 professionals. HR Consultant and is consulting in various HR areas like Performance Management, key Role Analysis, Employee well being, Productivity enhancement, & Training for the last 1 year. Presently dealing with the key corporates like, Motorola, Microsoft, Menta Graphics, Cordys (R & D), in recruitment area. Presently consulting to Briocia Pharma, Biostar Pharma, Marpol Industries, Precision Group of Companies, Oriental Rubber Ltd. Aquapharm Ltd, Automag Ltd, etc. Areas of operations are, · Customized Performance Management System, · Competency Mapping, · Leadership Development, · Team Building, · Restructuring of the Business units · Self Development areas. · General Management areas He has been visiting faculty at MBA institutes for last 6 years in the areas of Human Resource Development & Organisation Development. This would be done by Out-sourcing, in-sourcing or contracting through measure, improve and innovation in the service delivery and meet Service Level agreements signed off with the Customer.  

Enable alignment of HRD Strategies with Business needs through interventions & building advocacy. This would be done by adopting the contextual approach vis-a-vis contractual one and pushing the Organization to live by convictions rather than consequences.
